- All prices shown on our website include the 15% VAT, in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority regulations in Saudi Arabia.

5. Refunds
If a customer is eligible for a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
- Refund processing times may vary from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
- If the order has been paid for and then canceled prior to shipping, the refund will be issued according to the refund process listed above.
