Shipping fees:
- Within Saudi Arabia: Fixed fee of 40
- International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the country and city

Payment confirmation:
- Once payment is received, a confirmation notification will be sent via email within 24 hours.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
FunLearning.sa accepts returns within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will contact you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
- We will arrange for repair or replacement where possible, and provide a free return label if needed.
- If replacement or repair is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
If you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or the product does not meet your expectations:
- You may return the product in “like new” condition for a full refund.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
3. Cancellation Policy
