1. Shipping Policy
We deliver our products worldwide, with special focus on Saudi Arabia.
- Shipments are handled via trusted third-party courier services.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Within the KSA: 1–4 business days
- International (outside KSA): 4–15 business days
- Shipping fees within the KSA: 40 (flat rate)
- International shipping fees: Displayed at checkout based on the destination country and city
- To avoid delays, please provide a complete and accurate address along with contact details.
Payment ConfirmationOnce payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer within 24 hours.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
- FunLearning.sa accepts returns within 14 days of receipt.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you:
- We will arrange repair or replacement, if possible, and provide a free return label if needed.
- If replacement or repair is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
- If you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or the product did not meet expectations:
- You may return the product in “like-new” condition for a full refund of the purchase price.
- The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees apply.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placement.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- The refund process may take up to 60 days depending on the payment method.
